Push The Auto Gate and Damaged the Dnor Autogate Arm
This happened to one of our customer from Petaling Jaya. When the DNOR autogate isn’t working, the customer urgently needs to enter their home, he direct push the gate without removing the autogate arm. When the customer contacted us, we immediately sent our team to check the autogate problem.
During the inspection, we discovered the autogate PCB (Printed Circuit Board) was found to be damaged. The Dnor autogate board controls the gate’s operation. Any damage to this component can result in a complete breakdown of the autogate system. Secondly, the dnor 712 autogate arm had suffered significant damage and the auto gate gearbox was broken. This damage was caused by the customer trying to push the gate open forcibly when it was not functioning. Unfortunately, such actions can damage the Dnor autogate gearbox.
We replaced the damaged dnor 712 autogate arm that had been broken. Then we replaced KRON autogate board and checked the wiring. These repairs helped us get the autogate working correctly again.
