Folding Auto Gate Not Correctly Install
The customer is using a stainless steel arm autogate, and the left-side gate is closing inwards. It should follow a straight line along the autogate track. The customer noticed this issue right after the initial installation, but the original installer claimed that it is normal and did not make any adjustments.
After that, the wheels kept derailing almost every week. The customer continues to demand that the autogate installer returns to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the autogate installer insists that this is standard and that no further fixing is necessary.
Autogate problems have gotten worse, and the customer noticed that the left gate is moving unevenly and shaking.
Additionally, it has been making a loud squeaking noise recently.
Auto Gate Roller Jump Off Track – The Contractor Didn’t Respond
Earlier today, the wheel on the left gate got twisted, and it seems like the shaft of the wheel is broken and needs to be replaced. The customer had asked the original installer for repairs many times, but they didn’t respond. Now, the customer is upset and wants us to take care of the repair.
Upon inspection, we found that the left side arm alignment was off, and it only needed a minor adjustment. Additionally, the autogate wheel was broken, which had caused damage to the autogate wheel’s bearing. This required a replacement. The entire repair took about 1 hour.
