This morning, we received a call from a long-time customer in Gombak. When we answered his call, we immediately recognized his voice, even though we hadn’t spoken to each other in nearly 10 years. His name is Fauzi. This customer is really nice to us, a few years ago, he referred some customers to us through WhatsApp. We are very happy to have him as our royal customer.

He said it’s like meeting old friends again, and it made him very pleased. During our repair, Fauzi’s neighbor approached us and asked for help with his DEA autogate motor. He’s facing the same issue as Fauzi. Interestingly, he mentioned that his autogate installer became unreachable shortly after the installation in 2019.
