Original Autogate Installer Did Not Show Up. We Fixed the Autogate Instead
We received a call from a customer in Bangi asking if we could repair their Dnor 712 autogate, which had been giving problems since last week. The customer had to park the car outside and use the small side gate to enter and exit. The car inside the house could not be used.
At first, only the right side of the Dnor autogate arm could not open. The customer contacted the original installer, and they said they would come. But now both sides of the Dnor autogate are not opening, and the customer could not reach the installer anymore. We went over to do a full check on the Dnor 712 autogate. We found that the PCB board had a problem. With the customer’s agreement, we replaced the Dnor autogate motherboard.
