We recently received a call from a customer in Taman Bukit Mayang Emas, 47301 Petaling Jaya, asking if we could replace just one side of their arm autogate. The original installer couldn’t do it because they no longer carried spare parts for the brand they previously installed—they’ve since switched to a different brand and only offer full system replacements. The customer didn’t want to install a whole new system because the rest of their autogate components (like the remote receiver and remote control) were still working fine and had just been replaced.
