Dnor 212 Autogate Opens One Side Only? Tronica® 929 Arm Replacement in Seri Kembangan
A customer from Taman Puncak Jalil, Seri Kembangan recently contacted EE Automation because their Dnor 212 autogate would only open on one side whenever they pressed the remote control.
As usual, we first asked the customer to send us several photos of the autogate system. From the pictures, we identified that they were using a Dnor 212 swing arm autogate. The autogate arms still looked relatively new, and the customer told us the system had only been installed about two years ago.
We also asked whether they knew who had originally installed the autogate. Unfortunately, the customer was unsure. They explained that when the folding gate was installed, the autogate system was already included. The gate contractor later informed them that the autogate installation had actually been subcontracted to another installer, so they had no contact details for the original installer.
