Second Visit to Fix G-Force Autogate
A customer from Taman Tun Dr Ismail, KL, contacted us 6 months ago because their G-Force SL1000 sliding autogate wasn’t opening. We advised them to turn off the electricity in the house for 15 minutes, then turn it back on and try the autogate again. We also asked them to unlock and lock the G-Force sliding motor. After doing this, the motor started working as usual.
Today, the customer called us again because the autogate wouldn’t open, even after following our instructions. When we checked, we found that the G-Force SL1000 capacitor was damaged. Additionally, the control panel (F5) had been damaged by a previous technician and needed to be replaced. The customer mentioned that they had been experiencing occasional problems with the gate, but it had worsened recently. We quickly replaced both the capacitor and the control panel with our spare parts. The customer was relieved, and in less than an hour, the G-Force autogate was working again, just like new. They thanked us for our fast and efficient service, as it saved them time and hassle.
